			<description>@ Robin I just set my dehydrator around 110 and maybe even a higher temp for the first 45 mins or so. @ Nina best dehydrator for raw foods is the Excalibur and only hulled seeds will work. If you cannot find them you can take the shells off the seeds yourself but it will be time consuming. I have made these several times and love them! My only question is do I store them in the fridge after dehydration? I have been doing that to stay on the safe side but was wondering. - vajf1105@yahoo.com</description>

			<description>I only have unhulled sunflower seeds will that work? also you said refrigerate for half, half what?? half an hr?? also why cant you process the sunflower seeds with the other stuff all in one shot??
ps- what type of food dehydrator do you recomend?
