Autumn Sunrise Smoothie
Description
Everything about this smoothie represents this time of year. In season vitamin C rich apple, pear, and orange get spiced up with stimulating cinnamon and nutmeg. Yummy!
Ingredients
2 golden delicious apples, peeled and core removed
2 small or 1 large pear, peeled and core removed
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
Methods/steps
1) Blend all ingredient in a blender. Serve and enjoy!
Additional Tips
The pretty edible garnish on the rim of the glass is a crab apple. Cute little thing, isn’t it?
