We're all about superfoods at Raw Food Recipes! And anything related to kale for that matter. This is a recipe shared via Amanda Maguire of Pickles'n Honey. Once you have your base kale salad recipe the sky is the limit as far as what can be added! This particular recipe inspired by one from Sunfood includes black botija olives, fresh dulse, fresh herbs and sprouts, goji berries, and hand shelled cashews. Have you ever tried throwing in a small handful of cacao nibs onto your kale salad? This is a total mineral overload and the taste combination is great too!

A recipe open for adaptation! Choose a base of veggies to mix with your kelp noodles, and top with a generous amount of Laura Dawn's saucy Thai coconut sauce spiced with lemongrass, chili, coriander and ginger. Let the sauce marinate with your base ingredients for at least 15-20 minutes for the best results!

Don't forget to finish these off by rolling in goji berries and shredded coconut for a lovely garnished effect!

A simply classic chia seed porridge recipe created at the hands of the uber talented Jason Wrobel. Once your fresh hemp milk is made all that's left to do is pour milk over the chia seeds, add the other ingredients and let soak until the chia seeds swell and the recipe forms that perfect porridge consistency. If you're looking for breakfast ideas that really pack a nutritional punch this chia porridge is an excellent idea. The omega 3 fatty acid content and complete amino acid profile of chia, as well as their high fiber content, makes them incredibly nourishing and satisfying. This recipe also contains a generous serving of antioxidants with a handful each of goji berries, blueberries, and cacao nibs as well as superfood maca for hormone regulation. Breakfast doesn't get much better than this!

Marlie Centawer combines cashews, coconut, and dates with some of her favorite superfood standbys: goji berries, cacao nibs and lucuma. The recipe for these bliss bars is very simple, yet the finished outcome looks fancy and elegant, especially if you get creative like Marlie and make cute floral patterns with the goji berries. This is a very versatile recipe and you could potentially make cookies or even a pie crust with the ingredients for the bars. Serve up a batch of these at a potluck and make a few new friends!

Something about the combination of cashews, coconut, goji berries and peppermint oil really does taste like candy cane! The red bits of goji berry with white coconut and cashew even gives the truffles an appearance that is reminiscent of this classic Holiday candy. Even though this recipe was inspired by the Holidays it can be made any time of the year and is absolutely delightful frozen too as a cooling summer treat. Truffles are so easy to make, look completely gourmet, and are fun because you can roll them in all sorts of toppings to vary both the appearance and flavor. And they're so cute!

A note from Chef Gena Hemshaw about her bold and energizing superfood smoothie: "The following recipe is every bit as tasty as it is vibrant, and it’s packed with nutrition. It’s also not overly sweet, which makes it a good afternoon snack: I personally find that super sweet smoothies make me crash in the afternoon. This was exactly the right amount of sweetness, and it fueled me well for the long day and night of study ahead."
