These cute little popsicles by Iselin Stoylen of Vegetarian Taste are super healthy and fun to make and the best part? Take 10 minutes tops to prepare. Perfect for busy summer days. Enjoy them as is or drizzle them with a homemade raw chocolate sauce (coconut oil, cacao powder, and sweetener whisked together) like in the picture here. Enjoy!
1) Peel and slice the fruit.
2) Add all the fruits to a food processor and kiwi together till you get a thick, smoothie-like batter.
3) Pour in ice cream/popsicle molds and set in the freezer for at least 5 hours before consuming.
