Here's and easy quick recipe that you can throw together on a day where you're feeling rushed to get up and go!
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (soak over night to activate the nutrition)
3/4 cup oat milk, nut/seed milk or water
1/2 dessertspoon kelp powder
1/2 dessertspoon camu camu
3 dessertspoons of mesquite
1 tablespoon of maca
In a mixer, process until smooth.
