The taste of tropical paradise! A delicious, thick smoothie full of fiber, vitamin C, Vitamin A, minerals, enzymes, and the anti-inflammatory power of ginger root. While a Hawaiian vacation may not be possible in this exact moment, this smoothie may very well become the next best thing. Feel free to add a little coconut water for a thinner consistency.
1 cup of pineapple
1/2 inch knob of ginger
1) Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Ginger is known to be a powerful anti-microbial, killing bacteria in the system as well as topically. Ginger is also an anti-inflammatory.
Pineapple is sweet juicy and delicious and are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium, manganese, vitamin B1, B6. Pineapple’s high bromelain content is believed to be responsible for the fruit’s many health benefits including its potent anti-inflammatory qualities.
Oranges are known to be rich in Vitamin C, and bananas high in potassium.
