A lively broccoli hemp slaw from Gena Hemshaw with a hefty dose of omega fatty acids from hemp seeds and sasha inchi oil! The dressing is an easy and delectable sweet mustard vinaigrette containing apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Braggs or tamari, a spoonful of stoneground mustard and dash of curry. If sasha inchi oil is unavailable to you try hemp seed, flax, avocado, olive, or a combination for a wide array of essential fatty acids. Delicately seasoned with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, this is the perfect accompaniment to a light dinner tonight!

A rich, smooth, salty-sweet sauce that works beautifully over pasta, in sandwiches, or over roasted or grilled summer veggies. Sure, the premise is odd—tomatoes and peanut butter—but really, the taste isn’t. It tastes like a typical raw marinara, but with a salty kick.

A gently spiced, comforting, and perfect autumnal treat!

When making nut mylks, you can always strain them through cheesecloth, nut milk bags, or paint bags from a local hardware store. Raw Chef Gena Hemshaw enjoys the smooth texture and versatility of strained nut mylks, she says " I almost always strain mine, but I also like to leave them as they are sometimes — unstrained mylks are thick, rich, and far more decadent! When I tasted this pumpkin seed creation, I knew it was perfect just as it was, and didn’t want to ruin it."
