There are many ways you can use leftover pulp and this pizza recipe is just one fabulous example to get you inspired and started with getting the most from your produce and your daily juice!

Ingredients

16oz veg pulp

1+ ¼ cup flax meal
1 cup h20
¼ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp tamari
1 jalapeno
3 garlic cloves
½ cup nooch
1 yellow bell pepper
Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Blend all ingredients except for the sesame seeds. Once creamy and well mixed sprinkle sesame seeds or “Gosmasio” around crust.

Spread on dehydrator sheet creating a crust if you desire. I used my small offset spatula to achieve a raised crust.
Dehydrate for 15 hours or more at 115 degrees. Drying time will depend on your machine.
